Mosepele Hiking Club (MHC) is all about growing the love to hike. It’s that simple….they hike most weekends. They are a small group of hiking and nature enthusiasts mainly from the Gaborone area with a 50+ membership. A few members are from outside Gaborone. Because of their modest size, you will see a few of the same smiling faces on every hike, and some of the others just once in a while. The club is also very keen on positively contributing to society through various charity initiatives.
Mosepele Hiking Club strives to:
- Provide a professional and social networking platform
- Promote and nurture a healthy life-style through hiking
- Advance charity work and development of a culture of giving to the needy & less fortunate by members of the club
If you are looking for a hiking club to join? Then really consider MHC. They are a Gaborone, Botswana, based hiking club. They organize walks and hikes to suit all levels – from complete beginners to seasoned ramblers. Hikes usually take place on weekends (Saturdays), and are planned throughout the year.
So if you want to escape Gaborone, explore the country, climb some hills, navigate different terrains including some outside the country and meet some great people through exciting socials – don’t hesitate and join MHC.
